Embury Apartments offers housing to individuals in the low to middle income range. Rents are kept low through subsidies, either directly or indirectly, from the New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Renewal (HUD). All rents include utilities, and are based on the tenants annual income, offering affordable housing to qualifying income levels.
