Organizational Culture

The Wesley Community strives to have its employees be a part of a culture of excellence and to enjoy
their work. Our team is also committed to making sure our employees are rewarded for superior effort
and performance, and get a chance to have fun as part of their employment experience at The Wesley
Community.

Everything we do at Wesley is guided by our Core Values, which form the acronym “CARES”. These Core

Employee Benefits

Wesley provides competitive pay plus incentive compensation, a full package of insurance policies,
paid time off, a retirement plan, tuition assistance, and perks such as self-care support and on-site
prescription fills for part- and full-time staff.

After 30 days, employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for seven paid Holidays:
New Years’ Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas Day.

After 60 days of employment, all employees who work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for:

  • Health Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Dental Insurance

After 60 days of employment, all employees who work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for:

  • Vision Insurance
  • Dental Insurance

After 90 days of employment, employees who work 20 or more hours per week are enrolled in our
Group Term Life Insurance, and start to accrue benefit time. Time is accrued as follows:
Full time employees working a regular schedule of 30 or more hours per week earn:

  • Up to two weeks of vacation time per year (up to three weeks for for select titles)
  • Up to two weeks of sick time per year
  • Up to three days of personal time per year

Regular part time employees work a regular schedule of 20-29 hours per week. They earn up to two
weeks of vacation time per year (up to three weeks for select titles).

After one year, all employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for our pension plan
(401K).
