Benefit details are as follows:

After 30 days, employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for seven paid Holidays:

  • New Years’ Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday.

After 60 days of employment, all employees who work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for:

  • Health Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Dental Insurance

After 60 days of employment, all employees who work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for:

  • Vision Insurance
  • Dental Insurance

After 90 days of employment, employees who work 20 or more hours per week are:

  • Enrolled in our Group Term Life Insurance
  • Start to accrue benefit time. Time is accrued as follows: Full time employees working a regular schedule of 30 or more hours per week earn:
    • Up to two weeks of vacation time per year (up to three weeks for for select titles)
    • Up to two weeks of sick time per year
    • Up to three days of personal time per year
  • Regular part time employees working a regular schedule of 20-29 hours per week will earn:
    • Up to two weeks of vacation time per year (up to three weeks for select titles).
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    • For eligible employees enrolling in college courses, clinical programs providing a license, trade programs, or pre-requisite college course.
    • Full Time employees– Eligible for up to $5,250 annually with a $12,000
      lifetime maximum.
    • Part Time Employees (greater than 40 hours per pay period) – Eligible for
      up to $2,625 annually with a $12,000 lifetime maximum.
    • Part Time and Per Diem (less than 40 hours per pay period) – Eligible for
      up to $1,300 annually with a $12,000 lifetime maximum.

Upon hire, all employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for our pension plan (401K).
