The Embury Apartments are an affordable senior living option for individuals who are at least 62 years of age and meet our income eligibility requirements. The current maximum annual incomes for admission to Embury are:
- $74,250 for single persons
- $84,870 for couples (two persons occupying one apartment)

If your annual gross income is under $41,250 for a single (1) person or $47,250 for a couple (2):
You may qualify for a Section 8 apartment. For the Section 8 application, please contact Saratoga Springs Housing Authority at 518-584-6600 and they will mail you the application.
