Supportive and Compassionate Care For Your Loved One
The Wesley Health Care Center provides compassionate skilled nursing care for seniors and chronically ill adults, as well as memory support and hospice care services in Saratoga Springs. Our long-term care residence spans three buildings, which include private and semi-private resident rooms, dining and social areas, a therapeutic pool, and therapy and rehabilitation rooms.

Residents at the Wesley Health Care Center receive quality, individualized care with an emphasis on compassion. Our team of professional nurses, physicians, therapists and caregivers understand the challenges facing individuals who are adjusting to new ways of living, and our mission is to ensure their lives are as rich and rewarding as possible. We also offer a variety of monthly events and activities for our long-term care residents.
Long-Term Care Services for Seniors & Chronically Ill Adults
- Skilled Nursing Care
- We provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care in a residential community for aging adults who have significant, chronic medical needs.
- Light Care Geriatrics
- For older adults who require daily support, but whose needs are not as medically intense, we provide specialized long-term care, separate from our skilled nursing patients.
- Care for Chronically Ill Adults
- We provide specialized care for adults of any age who have suffered an illness or injury resulting in the need for chronic care and assistance.
- Memory Support
- We have a special unit designed to care for individuals dealing with the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease and chronic dementia. Our proactive programs and activities are designed to keep residents stimulated and alert in all aspects of life
