Some of Wesley Health Care Center’s residents are adults who have suffered an illness or injury resulting in the need for chronic care at an age usually associated with an active lifestyle.
Light Care Geriatrics
Wesley Health Care Center is one of few nursing homes that offer a special place for older adults who need daily support, but whose issues are not as medically intense.
Alzheimer’s and Memory Support
We have a special unit designed to care for individuals dealing with early stages of Alzheimer’s disease and chronic dementia. Our memory support programs and activities are proactive and are designed to keep them stimulated and alert in all aspects of life, as their ability allows.
