The Wesley Community is happy to announce our new Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program benefit. The program has been created to assist employees in furthering their careers and expanding their skills while working at Wesley. Flexible in nature to serve a variety of employees, it offers tuition reimbursement for eligible employees enrolling in college courses, clinical programs providing a license, trade programs, or prerequisite college courses. The Tuition Reimbursement Program aids with tuition, cost of books, and other eligible fees.
Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program details:
Tuition Reimbursement Benefit:
- Full Time employees – Eligible for up to $5,250 annually with a $12,000 lifetime maximum
- Part Time Employees (greater than 40 hours per pay period) – Eligible for up to $2,625 annually with a $12,000 lifetime maximum.
- Part Time and Per Diem (less than 40 hours per pay period) – Eligible for up to $1,300 annually with a $12,000 lifetime maximum.
Employee Eligibility:
- Must be a full time, part time, or per diem employee
- Must be employed with Wesley from the registration through completion of the course.
- Must have satisfactory work performance, attendance, and free of disciplinary action with at least 90 days of employment.
- Must complete the course for each semester/approved period with a final grade of “C” or higher.
