Mayor Kelly and the Saratoga Senior Advisory Committee Hold Public Meeting at Wesley

On Wednesday, May 23, Mayor Meg Kelly, local officials, and members of the Saratoga Senior Advisory Committee met with senior members of the Saratoga Springs community at The Wesley Community’s Embury Cafe. The panel included:

Barbara Thomas, Saratoga Senior Advisory Committee Chair

Lois Celeste, Executive Director at Saratoga Springs Senior Center

The event drew a large audience of local residents and a wide range of senior topics were covered by the panel. These included, local senior resources and assistance, activities and programs at The Saratoga Senior Center, taxi services and public transportation, handicap parking along Broadway and affordable housing in Saratoga Springs, among others. There was a vibrant question and answer session at the end where questions and concerns were discussed in depth by the panel.
