Please utilize the resources below for resident updates in an effort to limit the number of calls to the main unit nurses’ stations.

A RN Nursing Supervisor is available on evenings and weekends for general resident inquiries and can be reached at:

Due to the increase in clinical needs among our residents, the supervisor may not be available to answer your call immediately, and we ask that you please leave a message with the receptionist at 518-587-3600 and a Supervisor will return your call as soon as they can.

A RN Unit Coordinator and Social Worker is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm on each unit and is directly responsible for your loved ones’ care. Social Workers can be reached at:
