Paid CNA Training Program
The Wesley Community offers a paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, leading to you receiving your certification. With classroom training and on-the-job work, you’ll learn how to apply key healthcare knowledge to long-term care. Daily responsibilities include maintaining patient comfort and safety, delivering direct care (bathing, feeding, grooming), and helping patients balance community living and caregiving.
There are opportunities to work in assisted living, independent care, long-term care, outpatient therapies, and short-term rehabilitation. Join our community of CNA professionals while getting on-the-job training today.
Paid HHA Training Program
Another paid training program we offer at The Wesley Community is the Home Health Aide program. You can earn your New York State Home Health Aide certification, or NYS HHA certification while getting work experience. Working as an HHA means you provide distant or busy families with a break and the knowledge that their loved one is being cared for.

Nursing & Healthcare Work Study Opportunities
Wesley is proud to partner with students who are continuing their nursing or healthcare education. Our work study program is designed to be flexible, working with you to continue your education.
