Saratoga Hospital and The Wesley Community want to build a $42 million campus for seniors off Exit 12 of the Northway. The two organizations would partner to build three buildings with varying levels of care on 12 acres at the north end of the Malta Med Emergent Care facility, according to plans submitted to the town of Malta.
