At Woodlawn Commons Independent Living you can have an active retirement without the major financial commitment of entrance fees. All utilities with the exception of cable TV, phone and internet services are included in your monthly rent, making our apartments a cost-effective choice. Transportation, as well as other amenities and services, are offered to all of our residents.
Our Assisted Living apartments offer all the benefits of community living at Woodlawn Commons, and the rates are based on the level of services that are needed. A monthly fee covers rent, utilities, three meals per day in Georgia’s Restaurant, laundry/linen service, housekeeping, transportation, medication management and personal services the program provides. If eligible, long-term care insurance or Veterans Aid & Attendance benefits may help to cover the costs.
