Join our virtual fitness event to raise funds for Wesley’s COVID expenses
Share a Step for Seniors is The Wesley Foundation’s virtual fitness event that invites individuals of all ages to complete a mileage goal for the week of May 21st through May 27th. You can get your mileage in with a walk outside, a bike ride around the neighborhood or a run on the treadmill, just make sure you log it!
Virtually Travel the distance of one of three popular trails in Adirondack Park or you can set your own distance goals if you do not want to try for one of these tiers – it’s up to you! All we ask is that you have fun and be safe by following all State, County Health and social distancing guidelines related to the COVID-19 virus.
