The Wesley Foundation expresses its sincerest thanks to Sonny and Julie Bonacio, as well as Bonacio Construction and Julie & Co. Realty, for their leadership gift of $50,000 toward the Campaign for Springs at Wesley Health Care Center.
The Bonacio family has been a long-time supporter of Wesley’s mission, as well as other worthy causes in the area. Their philanthropic efforts are rooted in their belief that it is important to give back to the communities in which they work, play, and live. Their companies, as well as their employees, are actively involved in many local organizations and serve on a variety of organizational boards in the community.
Bonacio Construction is an award-winning builder located in Saratoga Springs. The company is a full-service general contractor and real estate development firm that evolved from a small framing company to a diverse team of around 150 local artisans and professionals serving clients needing residential and commercial construction, historic restoration, and structural and ornamental steel.
Julie & Co. Realty began in 2015 and offers residential resale, new construction, commercial, vacation homes, equestrian properties, and residential leasing realty services. Since its inception, the firm has expanded to thirty-six agents and continues to grow.
Their collective support of the Campaign for Springs will help Wesley Health Care Center’s Springs renovation project modernize floors 2, 3 and 4 as well as renovate the Resident Activities room on the 1st floor. Wesley Health Care Center is a vital part of the health care system and is where long-term nursing home care services and short-term rehabilitation services are provided to the aging, and others who need care.
