Re: Wesley Health Care Center Phone and Internet Outage Update
Dear Residents, Family, and Staff of Wesley Health Care Center:
I am reaching out to keep you informed about the recent phone and internet service disruption at Wesley Health Care Center (WHCC) identified on September 18, 2024. Our dedicated IT team is conducting a thorough investigation however we were notified that this is part of a wide-range outage in our area.
To minimize disruption and ensure continuous communication, we have deployed emergency phone lines throughout WHCC. You will find the updated contact numbers listed below for your convenience. We kindly ask that you use these alternative numbers until further notice.
As a reminder, all incoming and outgoing phone calls are not functional at this time. Internal phone calls have not been affected. As a reminder, during this period, employee personal phone use is permitted to assist with communication.
