As a Wesley LPN you will provide vital nursing care to the residents of The Wesley Community, and will play a key role in maintaining resident comfort and health.
- Assist in delivering daily resident care, administer medications and treatments.
- Conduct routine observations and monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans, while actively growing your leadership skills.
- Oversee and direct the CNAs.
Registered Nurse

As a Wesley RN you will be a leader to the nursing team, deliver exceptional and compassionate patient care, and work closely with residents, families, and the team to provide quality care.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
